Jerome came as scheduled and everything seemed fine. Twenty minutes later, it wasn't. First, he tried to charge more because of dog hair. I don't own a dog and never have. The car was purchased used, but it's been professionally detailed multiple times before. Furthermore, I showed him his own website, which said cleaning includes pet hair. Only then did he agree to continue at the advertised price. After complaining that past people didn't do a perfect job, neither did he. I would rate it average cleaning-wise. However, he left me a completely damp car! When I asked, he stated that he had no means of drying it, assured me it would dry in the 80 degree day tomorrow, and left me. Yet it was 60 degrees during the day and dropped to 49 at night and 60 the next day. No car is not gonna dry by itself due to the day being warm in that weather. And I was worried that after paying a lot of money for cleaning, my car would wind up mildewing and need another cleaning. So I had to leave it wide open with the trunk and doors open for over 24 hours with fans blowing on it. At 3am, I was standing there outside freezing while holding a blow dryer over the seats, seeing it hadn't dried from 5pm, when Jerome left. Thankfully, I was able to save my car and no one stole it. I've never had such a bad detailing experience. What if Jerome comes while you're at work? Are you supposed to sit in your nice suit on damp upholstery and ruin the suit? This is inane. Find someone else who cares enough to dry it. Update: You'll note there's no apology. Apparently, the owner considers it rude to ask a business to honor what they advertise. I had previously checked the website a month ago. It said the same thing then as it said the day of service. Adding before and after pics.
