Hmmmmm, where do I start. The wife on the phone who booked the appointment was very friendly and kind. However, the husband, the service provider was a bit arrogant. If you're expecting good energy, smiles and good vibes as a prerequisite then don't bother. Dude was not friendly. From a distance the car looked good but I found many issues after a close look and I wasn't pleased. Spatter marks on the windows and interior, dirt on the vent blades just to name a few. They couldn't even remove the suction cup phone holder to do the windshield thoroughly. Originally I booked an interior cleaning but after they arrived I upgraded to an interior exterior and engine bay detail cleaning for $250. They looked legitimate. He had everything he needed in a trailer when he pulled up decked out with logo and all. He had power water and all. I tried to provide shade but he wanted to do it out on the street so all I could provide was cold water. I contacted them for some compensation but received no apology just a message stating they would fix any mistakes. Bring it by the shop, let me know when your ready. No one has time for that, that's why we booked mobile same day and upgraded services on site. It should've been done correctly the first time for the money I paid plus tip. I paid to have a professional job done not something I could have done myself for pennies on the dollar. Never again, and I'm done trying to support small businesses and Entrepreneurs. Some people shouldn't be in the service industry.
