Hills Fresh & Clean Mobile Detailing

I finally got time to write this review. I was very disappointed for the owner's behavior on their unfinished job. The owner came to pick up my car with his employee which was surprising and that gave me trust to leave my car in their hand. However, DO NOT pay the full price just yet when the owner promised to fix the issue the other day. I did the interior package and it DOES mention "complete interior extraction". My car had a lot of mold and I was expecting to have those cleaned out as stated. However, this is what I got and the owner explained the mold came back up when it dried. He said, if I want to have it cleaned, I have to pay extra $25 for it since it includes extra chemical process. I rejected this offer because it did not make sense to pay extra for their unfinished job. He negotiated to do this job for "free" and promised to come back on Monday and he told me to remind him. So I did multiple times and he texted me, he'll let me know when they leave and don't worry when I said I had to leave at the certain time. So I kept waiting and could not leave at the time I told him. Eventually, I gave up at 7 for their closing time and he never came or updated me. One of the reasons I chose this place was for the exclusive offer, purchase one showroom interior and receive a second one free. I asked for it TWICE and never got my coupon. I wasn't expecting to write this review if the owner kept the promise even though they had unfinished job. But now I have to because I paid too much for their faulty jobs.
