I am fortunate to have custom ordered a 2024 BMW 7 Series. I had the car delivered an hour and a half by an enclosed carrier to Custom Tint in Apex from the dealership. The dealership was very careful to follow my instructions and did not wash the car or remove any plastics or foam from the vehicle. They performed a minimal pre-delivery inspection. I wanted the car to be in pristine condition as possible for Aaron and Kelly to work their magic. After all, they had done such an excellent job on my new 2017 Porsche Panamera. Since having my Porsche fully detailed and protected, Custom Tint has added some additional services I wanted to take advantage of. Aaron and Kelly took delivery of my vehicle and I went over to finalize the work they would perform. Reviewing their detailed invoice, I knew exactly what was going to happen over the next two weeks. I was provided additional options up front to make sure I was aware of things they offer. The entire process from start to finish was excellent. Kelly and Aaron treated my vehicle as if it was their very own. Communication regarding the work being done and what would be the next steps kept me fully in the loop. There were a few things that came up that were not normal due to this being a new model 7 series. Challenges were quickly overcome and before any work was done, I was informed of my options and what their recommendations were. At all times during the process I felt included and we were all on the same page prior to any work being performed. The pictures and videos of the progress being made were an added bonus! Here is a list of the work performed: - Decontamination of full vehicle exterior including initial car washes - Full vehicle paint correction - Full vehicle gloss Paint Protection Film - Full exterior windshield Paint Protection Film - Full tint of all interior windows - Remove model designation on back of vehicle - Blacked out front and rear side reflectors and the reflectors in back of vehicle - Polished wheels - Full Vehicle Ceramic coating of car including wheel faces - Leather treatment on steering wheel - Full matte Paint Protection Film on interior instrument display - Exterior ceramic sealant on exterior glass and door jams - Full Paint Protection Film on Aluminum door sills - Installed items I purchased from the dealership, weather mats, license plate with frame and wheel air stem caps This 2024 BMW 7 series has received the most compliments of any high end cars I've owned. Even strangers are amazed by the amount of reflection and shine. I enjoy pointing out to everyone the hidden and unnoticeable edges to the paint protection film. I highly recommend Custom Tint. I only encourage you to experience Aaron and Kelly's passion for what they do first hand by scheduling a consultation and book them soon as possible. I promise you, when your vehicle is hand delivered to you, it will be in its best possible condition and exceed every expectation you could imagine. It would not have been possible for me to get my BMW from any dealership in the condition which I received it in from Custom Tint.
