Eyez On The Prize Auto-Spa

I took my car to this place expecting a decent wash, but instead, I left with scratches on the interior (see photo). The staff clearly didn't handle my car with care, and when I pointed it out, they didn't take responsibility. On top of that, they tried to charge me more than what was originally agreed. The service I received was not what I paid for. Very unprofessional and dishonest I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who cares about their car. After your reply: Isn't it convenient that your records show nothing, even though I haven't told you my name or when this happened? Yet I can tell you I was attended by Jacob. If your system claims to have no information before I've provided any, that doesn't suggest a lack of data, it suggests a lack of credibility. Anyone can see that.
