DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT SCRATCHES!! This car wash ruined my paint on my new car. As you can see in the picture there are scratches all over the entire body! The owner claimed that "black paint naturally looks like that in the sun" but I have hand washed and dried my car before as you see in the before picture and it never looked like this. Grazzi the owner did not want to take responsibility whatsoever and was very rude. This is going to cost me close to $1000 to polish and get rid of scratches. (Reply) Owner showed me other black vehicles including a bmw that had the same marks after the wash, saying that it was "normal". I did not demand anything, I have nothing against the owner I'm just sharing my experience so others can know and take caution. God bless
