Clear Advantage Auto Detail LLC

I was originally quoted $300 & was told $350 when I picked it up. I heard you were very good. I have a detailer in my area who quoted $250. Instead I traveled 45 mins to get what I thought would be an expectional car detail. Instead I received a job I could've done myself but really didn't want to spend time doing it. I mentioned there was dog hair in the vehicle which I spent 1hr & 30 mins shop vaccuminig myself a week before. I could not get in the cracks & crevices because I didn't have the tools. After a week I pulled down the back middle seat arm rest/cup holder to find the space full of dog hair. Obviously never cleaned. I was told my plastic hub caps couldn't come clean. I simply put car wax on a rag and polished them to a good shine. It's known that running a car through an automated car wash does a decent job, in which you did. But a car detail is I believe "hands-on" and "details" the vehicle. I know what car detailing is and I wasn't impressed. I'm conflicted on the review rating I've placed. Maybe I should stick to getting my vehicles detailed in warmer weather.
