I have never left a one star review, but for other customer's safety and awareness it seems fair to warn everyone. During the detailing service my car received a substantial crack in the windshield causing the whole thing to need to be replaced. I had just returned from a cross country road trip so my car was definitely dirty and in need of a refresh. I had also been hit by a small pebble causing a chip in the center right of the windshield. All of this was pointed out when Sebastian (the owner) and I went over the car together at drop off. When I went to pick up the car there was an eight inch crack from the bottom left of the windshield on the drivers side extending up. They claimed I "just didn't notice because the car was dirty". When I explained that was impossible as the crack was in my field of vision, the windshield was not covered in dirt, and I had just assessed the windshield the day before and at drop off because I was mindful of the chip-- they had nothing to say. At the time, no offer of a refund or any explanation. Thankfully they sent videos during the detailing process, and footage of the windshield can be seen. It shows only the original chip clearly providing evidence that between that video and pickup my windshield was cracked while the car was in their shop. *Update: after contacting the BBB and the owner with footage showing damage occurred at the shop, they paid the $500 dollar windshield replacement fee, but no refund for the $509 dollar detailing service. The owner's response to my review (claiming publicly he had to cover damage that's not his fault, while privately agreeing all the evidence shows it happened in his shop) is indicative of the type of service you'll receive. There are many past reviews with very satisfied customers, which is why I chose this business. So perhaps I just had the one bad experience and you'd be fine! Either way, I would suggest if you use this company to have full inside and outside footage of your vehicle before drop off.
