ProTouch Vehicle Protection - Wooster

Just had my truck rustproofed with the C package. I let the shop know a couple areas they could hit extra heavy to avoid rust, also had a couple small rock chips they could treat to avoid getting worse per the flyer they gave saying they will treat and I'm responsible for paint etc... I even provided them touch up paint. Well upon getting truck back, they missed several areas I asked to do and chips weren't treated at all. Have been coming here for years but attention to detail at this shop seems to be getting worse. Job should be done right first time! ***Follow up from the above service, brought truck to medina shop to have issues corrected. CJ and his tech Jesse went back over the entire truck hitting all the areas I wanted plus others they noticed missed. I appreciate CJ taking the time and also Jesse for cleaning the overspray off my windshield! Truck came back looking great! Thanks again guys!**
