I've been working in the area for 10 years and going to this car wash for 8 of them. What started as the premier car wash, far better than any other I experienced, has significantly gone downhill. I even used to have a monthly membership here, that's how much I liked it. Now you pay $20 to leave with a dirty car. I've given them 2 extra chances after I left with a dirty car once, but the results have been the same. See pics for what the back of my car looked like after I left the wash yesterday. Unacceptable, I'll be going elsewhere now.
