JMObile Detailing & Wash

You know I wish I could give it higher stars they were very polite but the fact that I paid $120 after going to them instead of them coming to me and also that the job wasn't done completely has me reviewing this place with a 1 star. For a place that calls themselves a detailing shop it needs work. The attention to detail is subpar at best and definitely needs much improvement. No steamer service, no bolting down everything correctly, no cleaning under my kids car seat, no cleaning in small noticable areas, no cleaning under the back car seat(carpet extends their. Honestly it was disappointing once I realized all of the slacking off that had happened right before me. It is a rip off as it stands now. Also for next time if a coustomer forgets a bag/backpack that is not an okay to be curious and go through it. Don't take out stuff either and put it in a different spot. The correct thing is to leave it alone still thank you for not taking any contents I do appreciate at least that much. I do hope you improve, as of now though the service is not even close to being worth $120. For all other potential customers you have been informed. Photos include for proof.
