I booked the Showroom Special in early June and got my car cleaned by Brandon. After he was done, I had to call their office to make payment, fine with me, but no one was answering the phone. Lot of back and forth between me, the detailer, and the office staff. Finally, I get a hold of someone and I pay for the service. I get a text 10 minutes later from the woman who booked me asking me to call her to make payment. I tell her I already did and she asks me which employee processed the payment. WHAT?? YOU should know that information. There is still noticeable dirt on the steering wheel and in the door frame and on the brake and gas pedals. The results for the "Showroom Special" does not pass for Showroom standards, that's for sure. I expected way better attention to detail for how much I paid and I wish it was as easy to make the payment as it was to book with this business. I will not be recommending to anyone I know.
