RRC Mobile Detail&CarWash

Unprofessional. DO NOT USE this business! Scheduled a car detailing with them online, and got a email confirmation. Only for them to cancel on me last minute saying they were going to be closed that weekend. Ok, fine. I rescheduled 2 weeks later. I called the morning of my scheduled appointment time to confirm when they would be arriving. The lady gave me a estimated time frame, and still ended up being an hour later than said. She only took a quick one hour to detail the interior of my car and this is the results. I don't have any before pictures, but my car was NOT that dirty to begin with. It now looks in worse condition than before she cleaned it! I expressed my unsatisfaction to her, for her to basically say my car was impossible to get any cleaner and that she can only offer a $20 refund. 2 days later, after everything is dried, and you can really see how dirty she left it. It looks like no effort whatsoever was put into her work. This is disgusting and unacceptable.
