I set up an appointment, got to the location stated on Google maps, no sign of the business anywhere. I tried to call both Dallas and Houston when my appointment time came multiple times, no response. Left a message at the Dallas number, which didn't have an official voicemail... no call back. As far as I'm aware the Dallas location no longer exists, and the company needs to update their 2020 website. Felt screwed over. Edit: They did eventually call in response to the review to let me know they are a mobile service. However, they did not ever call me to follow up on missing information or to make clarifications. Nor did they call me back in regards to my email. I appreciate the education and I see that there was a mix up, but I didn't really feel like they wanted my business.
