The Butler Detailing

First off, I'd like to say thank you, I was very hesitant to get a ceramic coating done to my car as I had just purchased it a few days prior. I waited about a year to finally get a hold of my beautiful car as you may expect I was very cautious as to what I was gonna be doing to it. I believe he's the owner. His name was Khalill and I'm surprised he put up with me after the amount of times I had called him and asked him countless questions about the products He would be using on my car to try and cross reference on Google just to confirm that the products he would use on my precious car would be up to what I found to be standard. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that he uses top-notch products, and he seems like he actually cares about the work that he does. I drop the car off to Khalill at 9 AM in the morning and he gave me an estimated time to pick it up at around 2 o'clock to 3 o'clock in the afternoon. I had let him know that the paint should be spotless and perfect as I had just purchased it and yet to watch it, the car was not ready until around 3 - 4 pm which I'm glad that Khalill took extra and additional time that he was not expecting to take on my car as he called me and broke down the reasons why it would be taking a little bit longer and the reasons are as follows. He let me know that the dealership may have ran the car through a touched car wash, which may which caused micro swirls and he also let me know that there were some sort of oxidation or residue from possibly the port of when the car got shipped in . he did not call me to tell me it was going to cost more. He did not call me to tell me that I lied to him. He called me and let me know that he needs to take some more time to get my car to what he believes is satisfactory. after picking up the car and pulling it out in the sun, I could barely look at it directly as the white was so bright. I've never seen something like that on any other Toyota Corolla GR. I believe if you have questions and you want to get your car taken care of like a family member would, I would recommend just giving Khalill a call as he was always happy to speak to me on the phone and discuss any questions or concerns I had. He has a great deal. If you go with him, you can bring your car back for washes for a great price and trust me. I've used that a few times and I'm never disappointed.
