iShine Express Car Wash and Detail - Katy

I can't say enough about how great my experience here was. Everyone was so nice and Irma who helped me was the most professional lady. I've never been to a car wash where they actually cared about the job they were doing. She looked at my car, went over what my options were and did an evaluation of what I needed rather than just taking me into a bunch of services I don't need. While I was waiting she was kind enough to get me a charger, there were drinks and a tv very comfortable waiting area. It was a wonderful experience and they did my full detail in under 11/2 hours. The owner even came over and named sure my vehicle was perfect. This place is very state of the art offering 2 tunnels so there aren't any waits, self service area as well as fulls service. I went ahead and purchased a membership so I can receive as many wages as I want for one price a month. This location is the only one I will go to from now on.
