Mr Magic Detail Services

I called when the Detailer was 20 minutes late to see if they were still coming, and the woman who answered the phone said they would have to push my appointment to the following day because they were running behind from the previous day. I explained to her that I would have appreciated being notified my car was not going to be cleaned today, because I made plans to be at my house and took all 3 of my kids' car seats out of the car for the detail. Now I would have to put them all back in and take them all out again the following morning for the rescheduled appointment. She apologized, and I put all the seats back in and uninstalled all 3 again the next day for the appointment, and they never showed up. Very unprofessional and disappointing, and not to mention, a huge headache.
