High End Detailing

Very unprofessional. Paid 300 for a detail and Chris tried cleaning my ceiling in my truck and messed it up by passing the shampoo machine over and staining it. This was 3-4 weeks ago have tried many times to contact to at one point he contacted back saying he was busy with his baby. Understandable so we set up an appointment for him to come by this past Saturday. He no call no show I text him ask him if he was still coming by with no response. Have texted him many times since and no response but does have time to post on his instagram stories. I would not recommend to anyone. Clients that I have recommended to him before I will be letting them know to stop doing business with this guy. You pay 300 dollars for a detail and your vehicle ends up worse than what it was to start with. I had no stains on my vehicle ceiling until he did his so called detail. Trash service trash communications. He now wants to lie since I left a bad review. Saying I had condoms. I can pull up camera footage in front of my home of him not pulling anything out nor wearing a mask like stated. He states in messages that exterior was really dirty. Do not do business. Will mess up your vehicle and never come fix it then lie on reviews when I have proof in messages and on video camera in front of my home.also lying saying he doesn't use a shampoo machine I attached a picture from his own page using a shampoo machine. Update: Now that I posted all receipts of our conversations he updated his response to this review do not do business with this shady person I will attach picture of his first response.
