Jason, the owner, is a very good guy. He and his crew did a great job with my color change wrap. There is a reason his shop has the highest rating in the Richmond area. He has a customary 1 month follow up where they make sure everything is still looking right and will fix any issues. The only issues I ran into is that I was originally told the job would take around a week. This was around Christmas and ended up taking about 3 weeks. There were a couple of issues with the wrap staying in place, but they promised to take care of the issues on the 1 month follow up. During the 1 month follow up, the shop had all caught covid and they ended up with my car for another 4 weeks. There was a lack of communication which was my biggest issue. The overall impressions from reviews seem that I had bad luck with timing on both occasions. I still would highly recommend Jason and know that he puts the customer first and my car came out looking great in the end.
