While the detailing itself was excellent, the disorganization and potential vehicle damage overshadowed the positive aspects of the service. I had a full detail done here. My SUV came out looking great! They were even able to get the coffee stains out of my seat from where I had spilled an entire 16oz mocha. Concerns: They removed all my belongings from the glove box, the center console, side pockets, etc... and put it all in a trash bag in the rear of my SUV. Including unplugging my iPod and moving my handicap parking placard. Had I needed to use my handicap parking placard immediately after picking up my vehicle, I would have been unable to do so, potentially causing a significant problem. I have a DashMat in my vehicle. They cleaned it and it looks great. But they didn't take the time to put it back. Besides not being smooth it was positioned in such a way as to completely block my defrosters, on a day in which they were needed. It's unclear what caused the engine issues, but it was running great when I brought it in. When I picked it up it wanted to sputter and stall. I suspect they got water into the engine or fuel. The engine sputtering and potential stalling were extremely concerning and caused significant anxiety for over a week. Thankfully after more than a week of running it, it seems to have "dried out" and is running normally again. If you're willing to overlook potential issues with your belongings and vehicle functionality, the detailing quality is commendable. However, I would hesitate to recommend this business without assurance that these problems will be addressed. Suggestions: * I suggest the business implement a policy of returning all personal belongings to their original locations, or at least consulting with the customer before moving them. * It would be beneficial for the staff to take extra care when cleaning engine compartments to prevent water damage. * Reinstalling items such as the dashmat, with care, would provide a very finished feeling to the detail.
