Mobile Detailing by Mike Autos Boats Rvs ect

I scheduled a boat detail in early April 2023 for April 29th. I was told my credit card would be charged until after the detailing was done and my credit card was charged that very day. On April 28th in the afternoon, I was given a call from this company saying that the detail would not be done on the 29th as the technician had car problems and they would have to reschedule. I called to reschedule and was told it could be scheduled for May 18th. Later the next morning I got an email saying that I was scheduled for the 28th of May 2023. I called them again and asked since I was already on their schedule for April 29th couldn't they do it on the 18th as they previously had me scheduled when I talked to their office staff the day before? They told me in this case they could move it up to May 13th, 2023, and I agreed. I waited all day for their technician and no call or detailer again. I called again and they said I for sure would have a detailer coming on May 23, 2023. I received a call this morning at 7am telling me that my detail was not assigned to any technician so they would not be showing up today and they were booked out until approximately the end of June. This is not a reputable company to treat their customers like this beware before you end up in my circumstance!!!
