Final Finish is the best! I appreciate their service and dedication to good, honest work. Odie (the owner) and team are respectful people who charge a very fair price, deliver extraordinary value, and seem to really want to help beyond the scope of the job they are paid to do. The shop is clean, modern, they are friendly, and there is no pressure. They show integrity. This is the place! I first met Odie when I got some bad scratches across multiple panels of a used car I worked hard to find and had just purchased. I was beyond disappointed. I am not even sure the shop was officially open when I called, but I suspect Odie sensed I was upset and invited me to come right over. After I arrived, he assured me they use a very light touch and that I wouldn't be able to tell there had been damage. He also showed me pictures of their past work, which was impressive. As we continued to look at the car I found other imperfections, all which Odie and I discussed thoroughly. I learned a lot about what could be fixed more easily than expected, and about issues you might not even want to touch. That inspired a lot of trust, and we set up the job. The prices were so reasonable I even added window tint! I got in quickly, the communication was great, and the work was done ahead of schedule. When I went to pick up the car I was amazed! It looked even better than it did before the scratches, and they had taken the time to fix/clean some extra, unexpected items. And the tint was gorgeous. I couldn't believe it! In response to my disbelief Odie said that he knew the car was special to me and had asked the team to do some extra. Aww! Final Finish is now my go-to. Any ding, scratch, detailing, accessory, or just for advice, whatever it is, I am going straight there. But, like Odie said, hopefully I don't need them too much! Thank you so much, Odie and team!
