Superior Auto Body West

I give this place zero star but I had to select at least 1 star in order to post. My car got rear ended and that person's insurance company referred us to this place. My first call to this auto place. This owner was curt and did not sound friendly at all. As if I was being a nuisance. Gave him the benefit if a doubt since it was just over the phone but I had a bad feeling. The next week I stopped in to have him take pictures of my car. We really didnt have damage you could see but I was more concern about the hard hit causing damage we could not see. He didn't cared. Said there's no damage he could see. Nothing he can do. I asked if he could hoist it up and check the under side since the hitch was hit hard. There could be damage under neath. He says he don't have anything to make it possible to check underneath. As far as he is concerned he see nothing. Really an auto car place that doesnt have a vehivle lift? I'm not even asking him to take my car apart. It really upset me so I just said forget it and went home. So that bad feeling I had? Yeah from the way he spoke condenscending to me as if i was stupid. Just being rude and unprofessional. I would never go to this place for anything. Guess he works for their insurance company so we aren't getting anywhere. I was expecting at least an honest professional auto person. This was not a pleasant visit. It taught me that there will always be bad people out there who will do whatever to block your path. So best to just do a review and move on. I'll just let karma and God deal with these type of people.
