Magic Touch Detailing

I paid for $200 for detail inside and outside of the car, these are all the spots they missed and I ask them politely this is not detailed as it should, the owner storm away and say why are you complaining. I paid for good service and satisfactory service, one of the wheel was not even rinse, watch, you can see part of the car were never touch or no water touch them. I look at my truck there was still dirt on, and side of the wheels, yes they clean the inside but no detailing was done as someone would want to see when told the car will be spotless. They just made it shining in certain areas but when you look at the work, it is not meticulous nor was it good for $200. I went to a car dealer before that charge me $135 for just inside and that was meticulously done. I wish she could have corrected and say we will fix this but she didn't. She behalf badly and didn't even acknowledge what my concern was as her clients. Magic touch is not the place to take your vehicle in, when you pay them, they gone and never return and what you get is what you gets. I'm sorry to say, but even my neighbors said i ripped off for the works they done. This is the definition of bad works and customer service.
